THE DOOR BELL...
How about a winter trip? said Nancy. Nancy was one of my childhood friends. After a long time all of us planned to meet and spend some beautiful moments together. Five of us were doing our higher studies in different fields. All of us were very eager to see each other and share the beautiful memories of our past. We planned to go for a trip, first we went to one of our friends house and stayed there for one day. The next day we decided to enjoy the vacation in the farm house which was surrounded by pine trees all around. All of us were so exited to spend our vacation in the farm house. We packed our bags and was all set to go...We started our journey that night and reached the farm house early in the morning.
The place was so greenish with the mist covering everywhere. It was very cold that we started shivering and ran towards the fire. After some time we went to outside and enjoyed by playing, talking and witnessed the beauty of nature. We went back to the farm house after dinner. On the way back it started to thunder and lighten. Trees were moving really fast and they collide each other. The barking of dogs, the red eyes of owls seen between the branches of pine trees...We entered the house and it started raining. The curtains flew in the air, the doors and windows shutting themselves. All of us was really scared. We turned off all the lights and went to the bed.
It was around 2 'o' clock in the morning I heard someone knocking on my door. I tried calling my friends but none of them woke up. My hands were shivering and my face showed all the signs of fear. And then I opened the door...'Surprise and happy b'day to you...'sung by my loving family and my naughty friends. The lights were turned on with wonderful b'day party arranged. It was the best b'day ever in my life.
